About the Role

The Company is seeking a Managing Director of Communications and Marketing to lead the strategic planning, development, and implementation of all related activities. This role is pivotal in creating and elevating awareness of the company's mission, programs, and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of communications and marketing campaigns, ensuring a consistent and compelling image is presented to both internal and external stakeholders. Key duties include creating and executing media relations strategies, leading market research, and monitoring industry trends to identify growth opportunities. The Managing Director will also be accountable for the departmental budget, and staff management, and will work closely with the Executive Vice President to support the company's strategic and operational plans. Applicants for the Managing Director position should have a minimum of 10 years experience in marketing, communications, or public relations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a Master's degree preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and executing successful communication and marketing programs, as well as a strong understanding of current trends and technologies in the field. Personal qualities such as strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work with minimal direction are essential.
