Scope of Responsibilities: Works under minimal supervision and follows standard procedures to accomplish assigned task.

Job Summary : Distribution of mail and supplies between the Post Office, Corporate Office, Distribution Center, and local Kinney Stores

J ob Duties:

• Responsible for the distribution of US mail, store mail, supplies, saleable goods, pharmaceutical goods, and miscellaneous items between local locations
• Organization of mailroom and various storage areas.
• Maintain mailroom supplies, postage machines, copying machines, etc.
• Provide delivery and pick up services to and from local banks, DMV, etc.
• File and put away cash-up boxes.
• UPS deliveries.
• Prepare conference areas for meetings as needed.
• Maintain company-owned vehicle.
• Removal of recycled paper and garbage.
• Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Educational Requirements:

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED

Experience:

• Preferred: 1 or more years experience in mail handling and office work

Special Conditions of Employment:

• Drug Test
• Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring
• Drivers License Verification

Compensation:

$17.00 - $18.00 an hour

The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
