We are looking for a life insurance agent with amazing customer service skills to join our fast-growing insurance agency and help our clients achieve their financial goals. You’ll serve on the front lines of insurance sales, helping new customers navigate our products, processing claims and inquiries, and developing an ever-growing lead list to secure new business. $100,000+ at plan commission

• Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies
• Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims
• Determine new customers’ insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible
• Manage electronic and paper records and ensure all contracting paperwork is kept current
• Onboard incoming and retain existing clients via a variety of customer service tasks, such as appointment booking, and responding to inquiries regarding billing, coverage, eligibility, and insurance policies

• Current Life & Health insurance license is greatly valued
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Skilled with Microsoft Office
• Previous customer service or experience as a sales representative preferred
• Prior health insurance or life insurance experience a bonus

• Strong work ethic: You recognize the irreplaceable value of hard work and what it takes to achieve your financial goals
• High integrity: You uphold high standards of professionalism and ethics and embrace the opportunity to become a highly visible member of your community
• Proven history of leadership/management: You have a proven background in building and managing within a business development role
• Life and Health Insurance License (Preferred)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
