Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to join our team and provide outpatient counseling services to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and possess strong crisis intervention skills.
Duties:
- Conduct therapy services with clients, utilizing behavioral therapy techniques
- Provide crisis management and intervention as needed
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPPA regulations
- Offer direct support to clients in managing their mental health challenges
- Implement coding for billing purposes
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid license as a Professional Counselor
- Experience working with children is preferred
- Proficiency in crisis intervention and management
- Familiarity with outpatient counseling practices
- Strong understanding of therapy techniques and approaches
