JOB DESCRIPTION

Rapidly expanding Los Angeles Employment Law Firm is seeking to hire a competent and motivated individual to assist attorneys and paralegals. We are looking for someone who is comfortable speaking with clients, conducting legal research, drafting and responding to discoveries, and working with the other members of our law team to keep things running smoothly.

LAW CLERK - DUTIES TO PERFORM

• Legal research
• Drafting and responding to discovery
• Drafting discovery motions and other briefs in State and Federal Court
• Taking and drafting class member declarations
• Interviewing clients, witnesses and others
