Job Description

We are expanding our team and inviting Junior Project Manager to join us.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related discipline.
  • 1+ year (NO LESS) of experience in coordination or project management in the IT industry, with an emphasis on outsourcing small projects.
  • English level: B1-B2.
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall).
  • Project management experience in the IT industry, with a focus on outsourcing small projects (up to 5 FTE).
  • Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, stakeholders and team members.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Analytical thinking and ability to find solutions for the team.

Responsibilities

  • Creating project documentation such as Project Charters, Roadmaps, etc.
  • Support documentation processes throughout the project lifecycle, including updates and validation.
  • Project initiation including:
  • Assigning team members from the resource pool.
  • Setting up environments (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Git).
  • Preparing monthly reports and updating timesheets as required.
  • Conducting regular project check-ins and monitoring team attendance.
  • Identifying and managing project risks, if applicable.
  • Project change management, ensuring alignment with all stakeholders.
  • Organizing project closeout, including:
  • Preparation of closure plan.
  • Handing over the infrastructure and deliverables to the client.
  • Receipt of acceptance certificates.
  • Providing problem solving within the team and helping new members onboarding.
  • Communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders including:
  • Conducting project kick-off meetings and client approvals.
  • Providing updates on project status as well as informing about staff vacations, vacation and sick leave.
