About the Opportunity We are looking for a Junior Product Manager to join our growing team at our Advanced Development Center in Rockville, MD. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to bring innovative products to market. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys analyzing user needs, defining solutions, and learning from experienced product managers while making meaningful contributions. How You Will Make an Impact Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research, competitive analysis, and user studies to understand customer needs and market trends. Product Discovery: Assist in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap alongside senior product managers. Requirements Gathering: Collect and document product and market requirements to align development efforts. Prioritization: Help prioritize features and improvements based on business impact. Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, test, training, marketing, and sales teams to ensure a smooth development and launch process. Product Documentation: Develop and maintain product materials, including user manuals, release notes, and training content. Performance Analysis: Track product performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. Communication: Keep stakeholders informed about product progress, updates, and releases. Competitive Analysis: Stay current with industry trends and competitor offerings. Preferred Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering). 0-1 years of experience in product management or related fields (internships included). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate complex challenges. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to articulate ideas effectively. Ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative team environment. Passion for building great products and solving user problems.
