Social Media Influencer Manager (Beauty, Fashion, Skincare, Makeup)
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid)

We are a leading talent management agency representing many of the top beauty, fashion, skincare, and makeup creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dynamic Influencer Manager to join our team in Los Angeles.
Position Overview:
The Influencer Manager will work closely with some of the biggest names in the beauty and fashion influencer space, managing their brand partnerships, overseeing campaign execution, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong communication with both talent and brands. This role is hybrid but requires being based in Los Angeles.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day communications with a roster of top-tier influencers
Negotiate brand deals and contracts on behalf of talent
Oversee and execute brand campaigns from start to finish
Maintain constant communication with talent — available and responsive as needed
Collaborate with brands and agencies to secure opportunities for talent
Keep talent organized with calendars, deliverable deadlines, and campaign updates
Advocate for talent’s best interests while maintaining professional relationships with partners
Help grow and expand talent’s brand presence across platforms
Thrive in a fast-paced, startup-style environment with a "work hard, move fast" mentality
Requirements:
1–3+ years of experience in influencer management, talent management, social media marketing, or a related field
Strong understanding of the beauty, fashion, skincare, and/or makeup industries
Exceptional organizational skills — enjoys staying on top of details and deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and making judgment calls
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both talent and brands
Based in Los Angeles, CA — able to work hybrid
Positive attitude, team player, and a passion for working in a creative industry

Prior experience managing beauty or fashion influencers
Background in startup environments or fast-growing companies
