The national brand, Sushi by Bou is searching for a dynamic and results-oriented marketing leader to join our growing team. This role will oversee a wide range of marketing initiatives across various channels. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, new venue openings, existing hotel partner relationships and ultimately, sales growth. Position is local to South Florida and has remote flexibility. Salary: 75k+ Responsibilities: - MARKETING ADMINISTRATION & DEPARTMENT OVERSIGHT
- Manage departmental budget
- Liaise with accounting to manage marketing vendors and payments
- Manage the master marketing calendar
- Administer the marketing project management software
- Manage relationship with website provider + content updates (Pop Menu)
- Identification and oversight of company collaborations and promotions
- CREATIVE DEPARTMENT
- Manage the assets of brand
- Presentation development for all new projects
- Creative direction oversight of graphics for digital ads and printed materials
- Manage all print production inclusive of merch
- Recruitment and management of freelancers (photo and video)
- Signature management via WiseStamp
- Management of all venue signage
- New Location Marketing Project Management
- Manage pre-opening marketing schedule and timeline
- Manage hotel and partner integration
- Liaise to other local marketing groups
- Manage all web and social set-up for new locations
- Manage all collateral production
- Manage opening public relations including agency sourcing and oversight
- Work with media buying team for opening paid media
- Work with influencer team to manage opening Influencers
- Manage on-site opening events
- CRM & Loyalty Program
- Work with CRM/SMS team to get campaigns created and scheduled
- Work with CRM/SMS team for database management & data enrichment
- Handle all gift card Marketing
- Support inter-platform data collection
- Work with CRM/SMS team for data optimization for re-targeting and mirroring
- Oversight and implementation of customer loyalty program
- LOCAL MARKETING
- Management of hotel partner marketing relationship and engagement
- Oversight of local concierge and business outreach
- Oversight of local social media community outreach and posting
- Oversight of local influencer marketing with the social media coordinator
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant marketing or a similar industry
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices (SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing)
- Excellent creative vision and the ability to translate ideas into compelling marketing materials
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media scheduling tools
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
