If this sounds like you, keep reading! Orangetheory Fitness is looking for a full-time or part-time Fitness Coach to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked group workouts.
As a Group Fitness Coach, you can expect to do the following:
- Leading and motivating members through pre-defined group workouts
- Making sure members stay safe by using the correct form and offering corrections if they arent
- Understanding, explaining, and demonstrating the science behind our heart-rate focused training
- Knowing how to use and demonstrate usage for the equipment used throughout the workout
- Supporting members through their fitness journeys by helping them set goals and performing fitness consultations
We offer our Fitness Coaches:
- Full-time coaches are in the studio about 35-40 hours per week. Part-Time coaches are in the studio about 20 - 25 hours per week.
- You have a schedule with shift options of morning, evening, or a variety based on your preferences.
- We offer a consistent income without the worry of clients with no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
- We love to promote from within for our leadership positions.

Qualifications:
- Current or Willing to Get a Fitness Certification: Personal Training or Group Fitness Instruction (NASM, ACE, AFAA, ACSM, ISSA, etc.)
- CPR and AED certified
- Passion for health and fitness
- A big smile and a great attitude
- Sincere in your communication, team player, care about others.
- Growth-minded and open to learning
