Front Office Customer Service Representative Location Anaheim, CA (Anaheim Hills area) :

Orange County 38 years nutraceutical company is looking for a talented Office Assistant/Customer Service Representative to assist with front office responsibilities and online sales. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize company's sales;
• Perform data entry of daily orders received;
• Print out the shipping labels from UPS, USPS, DHL and other shipping methods;
• Perform internet sales promotions;
• Perform assistance or analysis for the accounting system.

Skills

• Proven experience as an office assistant;
• Knowledge of “back-office” computer systems;
• Working knowledge of office equipment;
• Excellent organizational and time management skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint techniques;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Experience working online sales promotion skills;
• Experience on-line meeting setups e.g. Zoom or Microsoft Teams or Google Meet.
• Prefer college degree.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
