Job Description We are looking for Physician Assistants to provide primary care services as part of our primary care clinical team. The Physician Assistant will work with a multi-disciplinary team to care for and provide medical services to patients, including examining/conducting tests; analyzing records, reports, and test results; preventing and/or diagnosing illness, disease or injury; prescribing/administering treatment, therapy, medication, vaccination, and other specialized medical care; explaining procedures and test results on prescribed treatment plans; managing labs and referrals. The Physician Assistant will collaborate with other physician assistants, nurse practitioners, physicians, and other support staff as part of the clinical team. Perform other job-related duties as required by departmental needs/demands. Experience and Skills: Completion of an approved/accredited educational program for Physician Assistants Valid NY State license, CDS, DEA, and BLS Ability to effectively communicate, follow established procedures and protocols Understanding of and passion for Community Healthcare is preferred Annual Salary From $140,000 to $160,000 per year Benefits At Urban Health Plan, we value our team and foster a positive, fun work environment!
