My team and I are looking for an experienced licensed Transaction Coordinator who is ready to be part of an award-winning sales team. We are looking for someone who has a passion for real estate and someone who desires to be with a company for years to come.

This position requires someone who is hard working, easy going, honest, loyal, and is ready to take their career to the next level.

* Having experience is a requirement
* Having an active AZ Real Estate license is requirement 

*This is a full-time position Monday thru Friday from 8am to 5pm however flexibility is key. There will be some evening and weekends where you will be asked to assist as needed.

o Exceptional sales, customer service and telephone skills
o Have strong organizational skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

o Be able to work under pressure and with strict deadlines
o Be detail oriented, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills

o Be flexible and sometimes available on evenings and weekends

o Someone who can listen well and speak to clients smoothly and professionally.

Daily tasks will include:
o Prepare all listing materials
o Pre-listing presentation
o Listing Agreement
o Sellers Disclosures
o Comparative market analysis
o Pull online property profile, research old multiple listing service (MLS) listings, etc.
o Conversations with sellers and buyers, coordinate property photos, staging, repairs, cleaning, signage, lock box, access requirements, and marketing activities.
o Obtain all necessary signatures on listing agreement, disclosures, and other necessary documentation.
o Coordinate showings & obtain feedback.
o Provide proactive weekly feedback to sellers regarding all showings and marketing activities.
o Coordinate all public open houses and broker open houses.
o Input all listing information into MLS and marketing websites and update as needed.
o Input all necessary information into client database and transaction management systems.
o Oversee all aspects of buyer & seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing.
o Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan and appraisal processes.
o Coordinate inspections assist in negotiations regarding repairs, and coordinate completion of repairs.
o Regularly update and maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender etc.
o Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance.
o Coordinate moving/ possession schedules.
o Schedule, coordinate, and attend closing process.
o Assist with follow up of clients using Lion Desk
