Entry-Level Accounts Payable Specialist will be able to grow individually while helping the company with a process improvement project.
Entry-level Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities: - Process a high volume of invoices each week
- Resolving invoice discrepancies and verify proper approval authorization
- Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments
- Insuring credit is received for outstanding credit memos
- Review, approve and process T&E transactions
- Correspond with vendors and respond to requests
Entry-level Accounts Payable Specialist Requirements: - 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- Experience working in a large ERP system such as Oracle, SAP, Concur, etc.
- Experience processing via a 3-way match system
- Ability to multi-task
