Job Details Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Electrical Project Manager with a strong background in heavy industrial and/or water treatment facilities. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a proven track record of managing large-scale electrical projects, and the ability to drive projects to successful completion within budget and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage complex electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Oversee project planning, scheduling, and coordination with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to maintain project goals.
Provide technical expertise and support to project teams, resolving any issues that may arise.
Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical project management, with a focus on heavy industrial and/or water treatment facilities.
Proven ability to manage large-scale projects with budgets exceeding $5 million.
Strong knowledge of electrical distribution, UPS/generators/frequency drives/power quality, medium voltage, overhead light construction, underground electrical distribution, and solar power.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
