Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

Job Details

Required:
Education/training: IBEW, Journeyman Electrician, and/or Bachelor's Degree (Electrical Engineering, Construction Management preferred).
3+ years related experience in the electrical construction industry (Estimating, APM, PM or similar).
Electrical Project Management experience: Prefer T.I. or Ground-up for Commercial, Industrial, Data Centers, etc.
Working knowledge of federal, state (WA), and city regulations and guidelines.
Experience with MS Office Suite (Word/Excel), Trimble/Accubid, and/or related electrical construction software.
Bonus:
Project expertise in Data Centers & working with Information Technology Clients!
