Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Direct Mail Presort Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and processing direct mail pieces for distribution, ensuring compliance with postal regulations and maximizing cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort and presort mail according to postal guidelines using USPS approved presort software.
• Ensure accurate sorting and documentation for all mailings.
• Monitor and troubleshoot mail processing issues.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and client expectations.
• Operate high speed digital laser printers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience preferred.
• Familiarity with USPS regulations and presort processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in basic computer skills including:
• Microsoft Excel
• Presort software. (Satori Bulk Mailer a plus.)
• Mail merge software. (Fusion Pro, etc.)
• Adobe Acrobat

Pay: $20.73 - $22.70 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
