Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms to increase our brand awareness and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns on platforms including Google Display Network, Google Search Ads, YouTube, and Gmail Sponsored Promotions (GSP).
• Manage LinkedIn advertising, including Sponsored Content and Text Ads.
• Implement and monitor geofencing campaigns to target specific audiences based on geographic location.
• Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling content that aligns with campaign goals.
• Use HubSpot CRM to manage customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Handle the budgeting for advertising campaigns, ensuring optimal use of resources for maximum ROI.
• Perform A/B testing on various campaign elements to determine the most effective strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance data to make informed decisions and improve future campaigns.
• Ensure all marketing content is crafted in fluent English and resonates with our target audience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly with Google Ads, YouTube advertising, LinkedIn advertising, and HubSpot CRM.
• Experience with geofencing and targeted advertising.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience handling ad budgeting and performing A/B testing.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with content creators and other team members.
• Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
