As our Digital Marketing Coordinator, the successful candidate will support the Digital Marketing Manager in the planning, implementation, reporting and optimization of all the digital marketing campaigns, utilizing all aspects of the digital marketing mix. They will assist the Digital Marketing Manager in finding new opportunities to increase brand awareness and attract and retain customers online, as well as supporting the Digital Marketing Manager in the ongoing development of our new website with a focus on acquisition, conversion, engagement and retention. We are ideally looking to appoint somebody immediately to this role.

Key duties and responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Coordinator:
- To successfully plan, implement, report and optimize digital marketing campaigns to maximize reach, interaction, conversions, engagement and retention by utilizing the full digital marketing mix
- Support the Digital Marketing Manager in identifying new opportunities to increase revenue through existing and new digital channels
- To support the Digital Marketing Manager in undertaking developments across the website to drive site visits from new and existing customers, ensuring the customer journey is constantly optimized in line with customer expectations and revenue is maximized
What we're looking for in our Digital Marketing Coordinator:
- Degree or equivalent in Digital / Marketing / Communication / Advertising
- Relevant professional qualification CIM or IDM - desirable
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in digital marketing, including PPC, search engine optimisation, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing and affiliate / partner marketing; with demonstrable experience in delivering multi-channel campaigns with a high success ratio
- Experience working in an online marketing team
- Knowledge / experience of humanitarian / development and / or charity work / Third Sector, with an awareness of Human Appeal's work (desirable)
- Knowledge of data analytics and experience of using Google Analytics (GA) and Google Adwords. Google Analytics Individual Qualification (desirable)
- Experience dealing with external agencies
- Experience in website management, maintenance and using Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Experience in social media monitoring and listening tools including Hootsuite, Tweetdeck, Buzzsumo and Klout
- Experience in email marketing platforms, including Mailchimp
- Knowledge of digital trends and a passion for online media
- Fluent written and spoken English is essential. Additional languages such as Arabic, Urdu, are desirable
- Passionate and knowledgeable about the international development sector

Our Greatest Achievements Include:
- Safeguarding bright futures for more than 22,000 vulnerable orphans in 9 countries. Our one-to-one sponsorship programme has a built-in school attendance requirement while covering the cost of food, housing, medical care, and learning materials.
- Pioneering technologically innovative infrastructure projects in Pakistan, like designing and building a 25-km embankment on the Chenab River in Pakistan. - Recovering lost livelihoods for vulnerable farmers in Gaza by planting 80,000 olive trees since 1991. The farming project provides each farmer with 30-40 prime olive trees so they can establish a vibrant, sustainable crop that yields not just food but income for generations.
- Restoring safe and secure residential spaces in Syria, like the construction of a new town with 1,000 newly constructed homes in Al Zahoor.
