Position Summary:
The Design Manager is responsible for leading a team of creative professionals, developing creative guidelines, and directing creative work, including print and digital collateral, websites, email campaigns, print and digital advertising, and video promotions.

Travel:
Multiday and overnight travel is required for Solution Tree’s company-wide corporate retreat (which typically takes place each year in January), as well as for attending trade shows, events, and quarterly departmental meetings throughout the year.
Position Type:
This is a full-time remote position. Days and hours are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Occasional evening and weekend work as job duties dictate. Some travel (including overnights) is required for attending trade shows, events, and quarterly departmental meetings, as well as the corporate retreat (which usually takes place in January each year).
