Job Description

As a Data Entry Clerk at Sharpcontra, you will be responsible for accurately entering, maintaining, and updating critical business information into our internal systems. Your role will play a key part in ensuring that our data is up-to-date and accessible, which is essential for the smooth functioning of our operations. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Accurately input data from various sources into company databases and systems.
Verify data for completeness and correctness, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Maintain and update records on a regular basis to ensure current information is available.
Prepare reports and compile data as required by the management team.
Assist with administrative tasks related to data entry and document management.
Identify and correct any data discrepancies or errors in a timely manner.
Collaborate with other departments to fulfill data needs and support ongoing projects.

Qualifications

Skills Required:

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Strong typing speed and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
Good communication skills for interacting with team members.
