Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data in our systems. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify accuracy of data before entering it into the system.
• Assist in generating reports and data summaries as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Perform data audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and data entry software.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
