Join to apply for the Corporate Carrier Analyst role at USI Insurance Services USI is reimagining our Property & Casualty carrier analytics and placement technology approach. We are seeking a corporate analyst to support this strategic, C-Suite driven initiative. The role involves providing analytics support, working with internal stakeholders to measure performance, and collaborating with the analytics team, IT, and segment leaders to enhance our placement and marketing technology tools. This will help generate revenue, improve efficiencies, and strengthen interactions with carrier partners. Responsibilities Provide analytical support and modeling for our carrier revenue strategy. Update internal carrier premium flow models and analyze data for actionable insights. Collaborate with carrier partners for data reporting on premium growth. Support the rollout of new placement and marketing technologies with IT and business leadership. Manage and catalog carrier partner information. Benchmark carriers on quote and sales activity. Monitor regional performance to ensure accountability. Prepare quarterly reports for regional sales, operations, and finance teams. Review internal models and presentations. Qualifications and Skills 2-3 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of property & casualty insurance preferred; prior carrier experience a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or engineering field with a minimum GPA of 3.0. Proven ability to drive results in a matrix organization. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure. The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 annually, with total compensation including benefits like bonuses, 401(k), health insurance, and paid time off.
