What You’ll Do Sunco is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Senior Designer with advanced skills in 3D rendering and graphic design to join our growing team. You will play a key role in developing high-quality visual assets that bring our products and brand to life across e-commerce, digital marketing, and product launch platforms. While motion graphics skills are a bonus, our primary focus is on your ability to produce realistic, compelling 3D product renderings, especially those that showcase products in context—like a lamp in a room or a mirror on a wall. Your portfolio should reflect strong environmental visualization capabilities and realistic rendering quality. Key Responsibilities Lead and create visually compelling graphic design assets for digital and print media, including advertisements, banners, email templates, social media posts, and more. Design and produce high-quality 3D renders for product visualizations, marketing materials, and e-commerce marketplaces. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create cohesive visual narratives for campaigns, websites, and product launches. Enhance projects with motion graphics for web banners, social media ads, and short animations (a plus, but not the primary focus). Maintain consistent visual standards that reflect the Sunco brand identity across all touchpoints. Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers and team members. Ensure timely delivery of all design work, upholding high standards of quality and detail. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas and innovation to the team. Other design tasks as assigned. What You’ll Have Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, 3D Animation, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in a design role, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in both graphic design and 3D rendering. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) and 3D modeling/rendering tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar. Expertise in Keyshot is required. Strong experience producing realistic 3D product renderings, including environment visualization and advanced texturing. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition. Motion graphics experience is a plus, especially for short-form digital assets. Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and collaborate across teams. Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in UX/UI design and familiarity with design systems. Understanding of web design principles and responsive layout techniques. Knowledge of 3D animation tools such as Autodesk Maya or ZBrush is a bonus. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
