We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. This is a permanent position with the opportunity to work on a diverse range of construction projects. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from planning to implementation. You will work closely with various teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a deep understanding of construction processes, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
2. Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
3. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
4. Meet contractual conditions of performance.
5. Review the work progress on a daily basis.
6. Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
7. Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.
8. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
9. Manage the budget and estimate costs.
10. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists.
11. Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
12. Ensure all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, city guidelines, and local and state regulations are met.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field preferred.
2. Proven working experience of 3+ years in construction management.
3. Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.
4. Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
5. Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
6. Competent in conflict and crisis management.
7. Excellent time and project management skills.
8. Familiarity with construction/ project management software (Procore).
9. Strong team building, decision-making, and people management skills.
10. Ability to plan and see the “big picture”.
11. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
13. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
