Engagea Comm is seeking a talented and dynamic Communications Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing effective communication strategies that enhance our brand's reputation, engage our audience, and support our marketing and business objectives.

Job : Full time
Pay Range: $51.500 - $62.000 per year

Key Responsibilities

• Communication Strategy: Develop and implement communication strategies to promote Engagea Comm's services, increase brand visibility, and drive engagement and conversions.
• Content Creation: Produce high-quality written content for various communication channels, including press releases, blog posts, newsletters, social media, and internal communications.
• Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, pitch stories, draft press releases, and coordinate media outreach to secure coverage in relevant publications and media outlets.
• Social Media Management: Oversee social media accounts, develop content calendars, and create engaging posts to drive audience engagement and enhance brand presence.
• Internal Communications: Develop and implement internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged, including company updates, newsletters, and internal announcements.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of digital media platforms and social media management
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant communication tools
• Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in communications
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
