\nThis client is Global Biopharmaceutical company whose mission is to discover, develop and deliver innovative medicines that help patients prevail over serious diseases.

\n In this role you’ll be responsible for serves as a trusted clinical expert in hematology and oncology. This role is pivotal in building professional relationships and educating key healthcare professionals (HCPs) involved in the care of patients receiving hematology and oncology products within a defined geography. The CNC will drive peer-to-peer interactions that enhance patient outcomes through comprehensive clinical exchanges..

\nThis role will give you an opportunity to transform patients’ lives through science by contribute with a global leading biopharma company powered by talented individuals who drive scientific innovation .

\n Schedule:  Monday to Friday 12:00 p.m. a 8:00 p.m.
\n* Onsite/Hybrid: 100 % remote
\nTravel required: Field-based role requiring frequent travel (50-75% of the time). Ability to travel to US and PR may require overnight stays.

\n Responsibilities: \n

\n\t
• Develop and maintain relationships with academic and community HCPs to provide on-label clinical and product education for hematology and oncology products.\n\t
• Utilize various communication channels (1:1 meetings, group presentations, remote engagements) to deliver information using approved marketing materials.\n\t
• Assess the treatment landscape by understanding HCP needs and patient management processes.\n\t
• Evaluate the impact of CNC activities and plan follow-up actions based on customer feedback.\n\t
• Monitor CNC dashboard to adjust engagements and meet goals.\n\t
• Provide Clinical Expertise: Collaborate with commercial partners to deliver on-label educational programs and in-services for HCP customers.\n\t
• Support product demonstrations and infusion training at CART sites initiating new patients.\n\t
• Provide clinical training to internal stakeholders, including Commercial and Value Access teams.\n\t
• Participate in Medical Congress activities and share clinical insights to support franchise strategy.\n\t
• Commercial Planning and Execution: Provide customer insights to inform cross-functional business plans.\n

\n Qualifications: \n\n

\n\t
• Advanced Practice Provider (DNP, APRN, NP, CNS), MSN, or BSN with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in Hematology/Oncology.\n\t
• Preferred experience as a Nurse Educator within the bio/pharmaceutical industry.\n\t
• Current active Nursing License and OCN Certification.\n\t
• Clinical expertise in Hematology, Oncology, and Cell Therapy.\n\t
• Desired Competencies: Proven experience in influencing clinical protocols and patient management processes. \n\t
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and clear driving record are mandatory. \n\t
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends as necessary.\n
