Salary: $100,000 - $136,464 per year

Job Details Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established protocols, procedures, and standards of care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Monitor and document patient status and response to treatment, adjusting care plans as needed.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatment options, providing emotional support and guidance.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest advancements in healthcare and nursing.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control policies and procedures to maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment.
- Advocate for patients' rights and needs, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and respect.
- Coordinate with home health teams, regional center representatives, and other external providers to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in CA
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience as an RN
- Experience working with patients with developmental disabilities is a huge plus.
- Familiarity with Title 22 and Title 17 is beneficial
- Exceptional clinical skills, with a thorough knowledge of nursing principles, techniques, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and team members.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in fast-paced, high-stress situations.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and growth, with a passion for improving patient outcomes and enhancing the quality of care.
