We need a marketing maestro—someone who can set the stage, orchestrate the chorus, and lead our entire marketing and sales team to an encore-worthy performance. As our CMO, you won’t just be calling the shots; you’ll be rolling up your sleeves and turning big-picture visions into tangible growth.

If you’ve got a flair for building brands, a knack for data-driven decision-making, and a love for guiding teams to new heights, this gig might just be your creative dream come true.

What You’ll Do:

  • Shape Strategy: Define a long-term marketing and sales plan that solidifies our market position.
  • Lead the Team: Recruit, mentor, and motivate team members, creating an environment of trust and innovation.
  • Elevate the Brand: Craft a brand presence that feels authentic, relevant, and consistently engaging.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Translate insights into action, fine-tuning campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Work hand-in-hand with design, production, and leadership, ensuring every launch and campaign hits the mark.

What You’ll Need:

  • Proven Results: Multiple years of marketing leadership where you’ve driven revenue, expanded audiences, and strengthened brands in the sales or marketing field. (Sorry this is NOT an entry level position. We're looking for experienced leadership.)
  • Forward-Looking Strategy: The ability to anticipate market shifts, identify growth opportunities, and adapt quickly.
  • Team Empowerment: Strong leadership that inspires trust, encourages innovation, and helps team members excel.
  • Tech & Analytics Proficiency: Skilled in using CRM systems, marketing automation software, and analytics tools to inform decisions.
  • Innovation with AI: Comfortable exploring and leveraging AI-driven solutions to personalize campaigns, analyze trends, and stay ahead of the digital curve.
  • Cultural Awareness: An understanding of what resonates with audiences today, maintaining authenticity without chasing every fad.
