About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in driving the financial performance and strategic growth of the organization. The CFO will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, managing external banking relationships, and implementing financial strategies. This includes leading financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting, as well as developing financial standards and presenting financials to the executive team, board of directors, and other stakeholders. The successful candidate will also be involved in strategic leadership, collaborating with senior management on business decisions, and evaluating strategic opportunities such as mergers and acquisitions. Team leadership and development are key, as the CFO will be tasked with building and leading a high-performing finance team and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Candidates for the CFO role should have a background as a CFO or in a comparable senior financial management position within a manufacturing environment. Strong experience in treasury, accounting principles, financial reporting, and FP&A is essential. A strategic thinker with a strong leadership presence, the ideal candidate will have a proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and with external business partners. A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required, with a preference for a CPA or MBA. The role demands a leader with a strong understanding of cost drivers in a manufacturing setting and a demonstrated track record in developing and implementing financial strategies that drive business results. The CFO will also be expected to have executive leadership skills, be proficient in financial management tools, and possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
