Certified Nursing Assistant-CNA Schedules & Benefits:

• Pay Range: $20-$25.40 per hour, depending on eligibility
• Schedule: Full Time, Part-time & Per Diem shift opportunities available
• Daily Pay Available
• Health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) and PTO for full-time employees
• Waive PTO & Insurance Benefits: $2.00 per hour for full-time employees
• Tuition reimbursement: Up to $2,500 per semester, $5,000 annually for eligible full-time employees
• Opportunities for advancement

Certified Nursing Assistant-CNA Qualifications & Responsibilities

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Active, unencumbered CNA certification
• Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required
• Perform ADLS including but not limited to bathing, dressing, serving meals, feeding, ambulating, turning, and positioning
• Prepare resident room with necessary items including but not limited to pillows, blankets, medical equipment and toiletries
• Maintain clean living conditions for residents
• Ensure all reports and records are completed in a timely manner
• Perform all duties in accordance with local, state and federal guidelines
• Possess teamwork skills, effective communication skills, keen attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
