We areis seeking a friendly and customer-focused Call Center Customer Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting clients with their inquiries and issues. Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying problems and providing effective solutions.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries using the company’s CRM system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Meet or exceed performance targets, including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other computer applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
