What You'll Do:

Process Orders Efficiently: Review and process purchase requisitions accurately and promptly.
Contract Expertise: Manage contract assignments and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support their needs.
Vendor Management: Set up new vendors and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers.
Support AP: Assist the accounts payable team with invoice processing and other tasks.
Stay Organized: Use tools like Teams, Coupa, Concur, and Excel to manage your workload efficiently.
What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in purchasing and procurement.
Strong understanding of accounting functions, especially accounts payable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in using purchasing software and other relevant tools.
