Job Title: Business Immigration Associate

Location: Houston, TX

Salary: $150K+ annually (depending on experience)

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and a minimum of 4 years of business immigration experience. This role involves handling a variety of immigration matters, including employment-based visas, green cards, asylum, student visas, and family-based petitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on immigration laws and regulations.
• Interface with clients to provide consultations and legal advice.
• Prepare and file petitions with USCIS and other relevant authorities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless case management.
• Represent clients in immigration proceedings as needed.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in business immigration law.
• Proven experience handling employment-based visas, green cards, asylum, student visas, and family-based petitions.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and client interfacing abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders.
