Entry Level Business Development Rep job in Charlotte!
Carnegie is a fast growing startup with 10 Current Employees and plans to double in 2025. This position will be our 11th employee and will have a strong impact on the growth of the business.
We are onboarding a group of 4 New Recruiters this summer and this position will join that onboarding class. Full Training will be provided from scratch on the career of agency recruiting.
Guaranteed base salary plus uncapped commissions. Year 1 OTE $90,000-$100,000…Multiple Recruiters on the team have hit or exceeded these targets. Most on the team were hired directly out of college...Position includes health, dental, vision insurance, 401k match, etc.
This is an on site position in Charlotte. No previous sales or recruiting experience is required. Experienced Recruiters are encouraged to apply and can begin at a higher level. Must have the willingness to learn, accept training, and show determination to succeed in a fast paced environment.
