What Youll Do

• Evaluate and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and develop innovative solutions.
• Design and implement workflow systems that enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve performance goals.
• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to drive continuous improvement.

What You Need

• Ability to work onsite in our offices is a requirement for this role.
• 3-5 years of experience with process optimization and workflow design.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
