Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Set up and commissioning of battery pack on HV test bench, developing and executing test plans to meet program deliverables, navigating system level issues and performing troubleshooting/data analysis with appropriate stakeholders to properly progress.
• The engineer will work closely with the cross functional team to support program development and verification milestones in order to launch the product.
• Support meetings and carefully coordinate test plans with high efficiency and effectiveness to navigate timing compression.
• Support report-out of validation progress at vehicle gates, escalating support if needed.

Basic Qualifications:

• BSME, BSEE, BSCE - Minimum 1-3-year experience
• Understanding of Energy Storage Systems and Vehicle Electrification
• Good Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills - Familiar electrification architectures including EV, HEV, PHEV and BSG systems
• Highly Motivated with Self-Motivation
• DVP&R and DFMEA Basic Understanding
• Demonstrated Ability to Work in a Team Environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• MSME or MSEE
• 3 Years of vehicle electrification engineering experience
• Advanced automotive battery design and testing experience
• Electrification integration or system validation
• Proficiency with CAN Communication, VECTOR tools, Canalyzer/Canoe and ETAS INCA
• Experience in Propulsion component dyno testing and automation
