As a Starbucks Barista , you will deliver the Starbucks Experience to our customers by providing exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages. Basic Qualifications Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality. Flexible availability for scheduling that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Comply with operating policies and standards, including quality and safety procedures. Engage with customers, understanding and responding to their needs through effective communication. Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customize orders for customers. Be willing to perform various tasks within the store during each shift. Required Skills and Abilities Quick learning ability. Ability to follow oral and written instructions while seeking clarifications when necessary. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit. Adept at building relationships with customers and team members.
