Employer Description:

We are a leading provider of general and cosmetic dentistry for Lady Lake, Ocala, and the surrounding areas. The doctors have the tools and experience to provide a wide range of high-quality dental care.

Compensation:
Daily Guarantee $700 - $900, then 30-35% on net production.

Requirements of the Associate Dentist

We welcome new grads and experienced dentists.
DMD or DDS degree from accredited college.
Current Dentist license in Florida.
We use cloud based Fuse.
Job info and responsibilities of the Associate Dentist:

Growing, prosperous dental group is seeking an Associate General Dentist who is honest, caring, compassionate, hard working, and a team player to deliver general dentistry to patients of all ages.

We refer out 95% of Endo and Implants so if you can provide that it would be a great benefit.

As a dentist in our office you have full autonomy of your treatments as long as they align with our values and ethic. We don't micro manage our dentists.

Our offices accept about 40% PPO and 60% FFS patients. Offices are equipped with up-to-date dental technology.

We are flexible with contracts and willing to negotiate.

Both our offices in Ocala and Lady Lake have a need for an additional dentist. Schedule is flexible in that you can work both locations or just one.

Job Type:
Full time.

Schedule:
4 - 5 days/week, 8-5, lunch at 1-2.
