The Department of Geography and Anthropology offers a diverse range of programs including degrees in Anthropology, Geography, and Geospatial Sciences, minors in Anthropology, Environmental Studies, and Geography, and certificates in Geographic Information Sciences and Land Surveying. Kennesaw State University is now accepting applications for a full-time, tenure track faculty position as Assistant Professor of Geographic Information Science (GIS) in the Department of Geography and Anthropology with a preferred start date of August 2025. This is a nine-month contracted position. This position is for work to be performed in the state of Georgia.
Teaching assignments will be based on earned degrees and SACSCOC Faculty Credentials Guidelines.
