Position: Systems & Applications Engineer – DLP SLA 3D Printing

We’re seeking a highly skilled Systems & Applications Engineer to advance the performance and scalability of our DLP-based SLA 3D printing technology. This role combines customer-facing application development with technical systems engineering, with a core focus on process optimization through Design of Experiments (DoE) .

Key Responsibilities

• Process Development:
• Design and optimize 3D printing workflows using DoE to refine resin formulation, exposure parameters, and hardware performance.
• Customer Integration:
• Support clients in implementing tailored printing solutions; conduct technical training and application validation.
• System Engineering:
• Drive hardware/software integration to enhance reliability and throughput across the platform.
• Continuous Innovation:
• Collaborate on R&D initiatives to advance DLP print performance, automation, and post-processing systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering (or related field)
• 3+ years in additive manufacturing, systems/application engineering, or process development
• Hands-on experience with DLP-based SLA 3D printing
• Proficient in CAD and statistical analysis tools
• Strong background in DoE methodologies and data-driven optimization
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
