  • Ensure regulatory compliance by maintaining documentation, reporting, and following all health and safety guidelines and best practices.
  • Train and support new QMAPs and caregiving staff, ensuring they understand medication administration procedures and care protocols.
  • Coordinate staffing schedules, ensuring there is adequate coverage for all shifts and managing staffing needs.
  • Provide hands-on care when needed, including assisting with daily living activities, medication administration, and resident wellness checks.
  • Collaborate with the management team to improve operational efficiencies and ensure smooth facility operations.

  • Ensure that all staff members provide compassionate, respectful, and professional care to every resident.

What We’re Looking For:

  • QMAP certification with a minimum of 2 years of experience in senior care or a similar healthcare role.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience in a caregiving or healthcare setting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and support a diverse team.
  • In-depth knowledge of medication management, care planning, and regulatory requirements for assisted living facilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with staff, residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving the quality of life for seniors.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and a calm demeanor.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.

Why Choose Gardens Care Senior Living?

  • Competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, sick leave, and more. Starting base salary with monthly bonuses if eligible.
  • A supportive and collaborative work environment where leadership and innovation are encouraged.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development within our organization.
  • The chance to make a significant impact in the lives of our residents, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care and attention.
  • Access to earned wages before payday
  • A family-oriented culture, where we value and appreciate our team’s hard work and dedication.
If you’re an experienced QMAP with leadership skills and a passion for providing excellent care, we’d love to have you on our team. Apply today to become an Administrator Designee at Gardens Care Senior Living and help us provide a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for our residents!
