  • Global Town Halls: Connect with our global offices through virtual town halls to understand international business practices.
  • Team Social Events: Build relationships and network through various social outings and team-building events.

The Role

As a Summer Associate, you'll play a vital role in our search team, diving deep into the intricacies of executive search and corporate strategies. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive research on various industries, companies, and key individuals, utilizing tools like Preqin, Bloomberg, Pitchbook, and other industry-specific resources.
  • Developing and refining research materials, such as PowerPoint presentations and market maps.
  • Assisting in the creation of marketing materials.
  • Gaining insights into our search processes, including sourcing, referencing, and candidate evaluation, through shadowing opportunities.
  • Undertaking additional tasks as needed to support our team's objectives.

Ideal candidates for a career in executive search typically possess a combination of the following qualities:

  • Strong academic and extracurricular achievements with an anticipated GPA of 3.4 or higher from an accredited 4-year college or university, along with notable achievements in extracurricular activities, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and personal development.
  • Emotional intelligence as evidenced by empathetic interpersonal skills, a keen interest in understanding people, and the capacity to work collaboratively in team settings.
  • Proactive and energetic approach characterized by a strong sense of ambition, a 'can-do' attitude, and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments, showcasing resilience and adaptability.
